We post to all worldwide destinations using SF Express (for snuff tools only) or EMS (for snuff & snus)
- If your order includes snuff tools only, we will use SF Express which is cheaper than EMS. 

  Your shipping cost is automatically calculated on our website and is based on the weight of the products ordered.

What are the rules and regulations of my local customs? Do I have to pay duties or taxes?


It is strongly recommended that you check with your local customs office. Because we ship to countries all over the world, it is impossible for us to know all the rules as they differ from country to country. We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by your Customs Service or the Mail Service. This is out with our control and delivery times are therefore estimates only. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches your country and any additional charges must be paid by you. We do not pay any additional charges for customs, duties or otherwise.

If you decide to refuse your package because of these duty charges or if your customs office decides to refuse your package there is, unfortunately, nothing we can do. We will not re-ship or refund these orders. This why we strongly suggest to be familiar with your country's regulations.
 

 

How are my packages shipped?

 

We dispatch all packages within 1-2 business days.
 

 

What happens if there are issues with the order I just received?

 

If you receive your order and there are any issues such as a wrong or damaged product, please contact our customer service (snuffshop@hotmail.com) ASAP.
 

 

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

 

We take no responsibility or liability for orders not arriving. If we are at fault in any way, we will be sure to re-ship your order at no cost to you. It is important for you to check your address on each order to make sure it is correct. If, at any time, you see an error, please contact our customer service(snuffshop@hotmail.com) to have this rectified as soon as possible. Once the order ships it is too late to make any changes.
 


What should I do if tracking number is invalid ?
We will provide a tracking number on your order page after your order is placed and shipped. If no tracking information appears after 5\7\10 business days. (It depends on your couriers), you may do the following:

Please contact us snuffshop@hotmail.com, then we will contact the shipping company to obtain the tracking information; or you may contact the shipping company directly through their official website.
